    I’m so glad I bought 2 of these journals – one for me and one for my husband. We’ve been using these every day for 2 months so far to track our daily food, water, and exercise and I’ve already lost 10 pounds, and my husband has lost 21 pounds! We’ve been logging calories along with listing each food item (you can Google the calories for pretty much anything) and it’s helped us realize when & what we were overeating.
